H.C.T.H. works in Manchay which is a zone of extreme poverty on the outskirts of Lima, Peru.
H.C.T.H. presently sponsors 44+ children here which helps to clothe and feed them and their families and send the children to school. Manchay is a desert area on the coastal Andes Mountains.
Many families live in poor housing on the slopes of the mountains.
People are started in businesses. Money is given for house repair, house expansion and to build new houses. Presently 4 youth are in post secondary education.
